Psychiatric Evaluation
A comprehensive initial evaluation is the foundation of good psychiatric care. Dr. Rosinsky conducts thorough, unhurried diagnostic assessments — typically 60–75 minutes — to understand your history, current symptoms, and what you're hoping to achieve.
The evaluation covers psychiatric history, medical background, family history, and life context. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Rosinsky will share her clinical impressions and discuss a proposed plan with you.

Medication Management
For patients who may benefit from psychiatric medication, Dr. Rosinsky provides careful, evidence-based prescribing with thorough explanation at every step. She takes the time to discuss options, expected effects, potential side effects, and alternatives.
Follow-up appointments are designed to assess how treatment is working, make adjustments as needed, and address any concerns you have. Most follow-ups are 30 minutes.

Dr. Rosinsky sees patients in-person in Brookline, Massachusetts. The office is designed to be a calm, private, and comfortable environment. In-person visits are available for both initial evaluations and ongoing follow-up appointments.

Telehealth appointments are available via secure HIPAA-compliant video for patients located anywhere in Massachusetts. Many patients find telehealth more convenient for follow-up visits, and Dr. Rosinsky is equally comfortable providing care either way.
