Do you accept insurance?

At this time, Raphael Psychiatry is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of each appointment. We can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt with the necessary codes) that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients can receive partial reimbursement this way — we recommend calling your insurer ahead of time to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.

What are your fees?

Please contact us directly for current fee information. Fees vary by appointment. We also have some sliding scale options based on patients' individual financial circumstances. We are happy to discuss fees before you schedule so there are no surprises.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, I am currently accepting new patients.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your initial evaluation will be 60-90 minutes. We will discuss current concerns, psychiatric and medical history, family history, medications, and what you are hoping to get out of treatment. You do not need to prepare anything specific for an initial appointment. At the end of the appointment, we will discuss diagnostic impressions and work together to come up with a plan for your treatment.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Telehealth is available via secure HIPAA-compliant video for patients anywhere in Massachusetts.

Do you provide therapy?

Dr. Rosinsky's practice includes both medication management and psychotherapy services, with limited therapy openings. She is happy to work with you for only medication management services if you already have a therapist elsewhere, or are not participating in or requiring therapy services at this time.

Can you take over prescribing from my current psychiatrist?

In many cases, yes. We will typically request records from your prior provider and conduct a full evaluation before continuing or adjusting any existing medications. Please mention this when you reach out so we can plan appropriately.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. All care at Raphael Psychiatry is fully confidential in accordance with HIPAA and Massachusetts law. Our office will not share your information without your written consent, except in very limited circumstances required by law (such as imminent safety concerns).

What if I'm in crisis?

Raphael Psychiatry is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency or are in immediate danger, please call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), your local behavioral health crisis team (Massachusetts state line- (833) 773-2445, Boston area line- (800) 981-4357), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. For urgent but non-emergency concerns between appointments, please contact us directly. We will reply to all communications within 1-2 business days.
